Due to the sterile nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items in their original, unopened blister packaging to maintain industry hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened cartridges in their original box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipment.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package via a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; please ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the sterile seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
